Our well established relationship with Wakefield’s Conservatory Outlet Group is set to run until at least 2028 following the company’s decision to extend our collaborative affiliation for five more years.
This long-term show of confidence from the Yorkshire home improvement manufacturer will see us continue to attend to the ongoing marketing, creative and branding needs of its regional Premium Retailers, as several members of our LEADOLOGY™ team have done for over 15 years.
Supplemented by the support offered to Retailers by Conservatory Outlet’s own in-house marketing team, DigitalKOG’s skills in lead maximisation and deep-rooted knowledge of the industry have helped the Group’s Network grow close to achieving national coverage.
At present, the Network has 29 trading companies exclusively selling their range of conservatories, doors, extensions, orangeries and windows in their respective service areas, who lean on DigitalKOG’s commercially driven digital, design and brand experts to drive web traffic, showroom footfall and high calibre sales leads.
DigitalKOG’s innate ability to consistently initiate strong levels of customer engagement for each local independent Retailer has been a principal factor in Conservatory Outlet committing to such a prolonged agreement.
The recent Network-wide rollout of a brand-new suite of tailored lead generation focused websites is helping to consistently capture and convert healthy volumes of prospects. So too is a new lifestyle-led consumer marketing magazine, Home Edit, freshly conceived by DigitalKOG to inspire homeowners at the browsing stage of the customer journey.
Retailers also have the option of assigning our LEADOLOGY™ Centre in Newcastle with the responsibility of optimising online enquiries on their behalf, one of the only digital marketing agencies in the country to offer such a facility.
After confirmation of the partnership extension, we participated in the Conservatory Outlet Retailer Conference at Manchester United’s Old Trafford.
This regular platform is where we are invited to communicate industry-specific learnings and insights to Retailers, pass on helpful business tips, and give a detailed blueprint of forthcoming marketing and branding strategies.
A refreshed company brand has also just been revealed, created by DigitalKOG to reflect its evolution, with bespoke marketing collateral set to be produced for each Retailer to showcase the latest products and services.
Group Marketing Director at the Conservatory Outlet Group, Karen Clough, said:
“DigitalKOG are so switched-on and enterprising, endlessly coming up with new lead generating tactics to keep our Retailers’ order books full and one step ahead of their competitors.
“No marketing agency knows the home improvement industry quite like they do and that shows in the results gained across the Network throughout our partnership. I look forward to this continuing over the course of our new extended agreement.”
Steven Ormand, DigitalKOG’s Managing Director, is thrilled to have held onto such a key account for the next half decade: “The long-standing relationship that we have with the Conservatory Outlet Group and its Retailers is one that I am extremely proud of and I couldn’t be happier that we will carry on working together.
“Throughout our alliance, we have collectively overseen some outstanding campaigns to elevate the Network and its many local independents and we fully intend to take this to the next level from now into future years.
