When you partner with DigitalKOG, you receive first-class service delivery, and with our client roster quickly growing, a new Senior Account Manager has been recruited to sustain and enhance our high service standards.
About Jamie
It’s Jamie Finlayson, who since graduating from the University of Salford in 2013 has worked in Dubai, Australia, London, and most recently, Manchester, where he was Senior Account Manager at PushON, a full service eCommerce agency.
At home and abroad, Jamie has been an account handler for some of the world’s largest companies within the Construction, Energy, Oil & Gas industry, a number of SME and Blue Chip contacts, and various clients across web development and digital marketing.
A real people person, he’s consummate at working closely with internal teams and ensuring client retention and growth through relationship building and consistent and inquisitive communication.
What does that mean for you?
If you’re a current client of ours, you will be in regular dialogue with Jamie and likely be meeting him in the near future. He’ll be committed to ensuring your business goals are not just met, but exceeded.
His remit in this all-embracing role will also cover things like overseeing the management of clients’ digital strategies, drafting briefs, managing schedules, tracking workloads and onboarding new clients.
Managing Director, Steven Ormand, had this to say about our latest staff appointment: “Jamie is a highly experienced, super-organised, self-driven Account Manager, the exact attributes we were after to guarantee the continued smooth running of our many existing and emerging client relationships.
“He will be a central figure in our efforts to amplify their brands and also help DigitalKOG evolve with them.”
Jamie added: “DigitalKOG really stood out to me as an agency that values strong client relationships as the backbone of a successful business, which fits well with my own values as an account manager.
“From the short time I have sat with the team, I can see how much effort and care goes into providing the best possible service to the clients, and I am excited to bring my experience to the table to further enhance the client experience with DigitalKOG.”
A KOG initiation
Jamie’s proper initiation into the group came at the end of his first working week, when Team KOG had a social event and took to the ice for a game of curling (as you do) at Preston’s Flower Bowl.
He brushed away any doubts about his sweeping and stone-based skills with a very accomplished display.
Regular social activities are just one great benefit of being a LEADOLOGIST™ at DigitalKOG.
