Two new staff appointments have been made at DigitalKOG as we amplify our service offering for clients – Marc Crosthwaite and Paresh Chauhan have been brought in to head up our brand new web development division.
Both have esteemed backgrounds in web development. Over many years, they have engineered a broad spectrum of engaging online solutions, for clients at home and overseas.
Employed as a front-end developer, Marc arrived first, coming from a local design studio, where he produced business websites for companies throughout the North West.
Programming since the age of eight, he began developing in a professional capacity in 2005.
He has vast website development expertise, supplying long-term dev support to a popular theme store in Germany and web applications for High School Sports networks in the U.S. Marc was also a support advisor on the official WordPress forums until 2017.
In his new role, amongst many other things, he will be responsible for developing custom business websites and custom web applications.
Paresh’s journey into web development began after he gained his Masters in Multimedia Computing at the University of Central Lancashire (UCLan) in 2008, to add to a previously attained BSc. Computer Science degree.
He has since worked as both a front-end and back-end developer.
With a solid agency background behind him, Paresh has gained experience working with various systems, including Magento, Joomla, Opencart Laravel, Vue js technology and cs-cart.
Using his multiple CMS platforms experience and server management skills, our new Senior Software Programmer aims to progress our online presence and help our clients increase their online conversion rates.
He's taken it in his stride though, participating in our daily video calls to get to know the team and how we operate, whilst also contributing valuable input in these virtual meetings.
