Manchester City’s Etihad Stadium was the host venue for Conservatory Outlet’s 2025 Sales & Marketing Conference, a very celebratory affair with the Network’s sales figures up 17% year-on-year.

Heads of department from DigitalKOG’s branding, content and social divisions were principal speakers at the day-long annual event, delivering a chain of presentations and ‘Pep’ talks to a packed audience of installers from the Wakefield fabricator’s 30 UK-wide Premium Retailers.

Via ourselves and Conservatory Outlet’s in-house marketing team, attendees learned about current and forecasted sales and marketing trends applicable to the home improvement industry and were notified of future lead generation strategies to keep increasing their bottom lines.

Drinks in the City Centre were called for once the event was over to toast its success and the latest in a long run of financial accolades for the Group, a sharp sales uplift attained in the face of increasingly challenging market conditions.

Conservatory Outlet’s CEO, Greg Kane, was enthused by the number of decision-makers at the Premium Retailers that took time out of their busy schedules to attend, saying:

This year’s event has been our highest-attended yet, with over 50 Directors and senior Managers from high-performing retail businesses joining us at the home of Manchester City.

We put a great deal of effort into delivering an engaging itinerary that covers a wide range of topics relating to sales and marketing.

By providing seminars and data-driven presentations on everything from market trends to the continued importance of showrooms, we can give our customers the strategies they need to outperform the competition. Plus, bringing everyone together gives different businesses the chance to learn from each other and engage in meaningful conversation."

Mervyn Stanley, of ERG Scotland, was glad that he again made the long journey down from Invergordon to be present and gather fresh sales and marketing wisdom from in-touch experts.

It was another fantastic event. The topics covered by Conservatory Outlet and DigitalKOG were all extremely informative. We were all provided with some food for thought and plenty of ideas that I can take back to ERG and action straightaway.

Partnering with Conservatory Outlet allows us to attend these events and work with some of the best marketers in the industry. By coming here, we get insights and analysis about products, services and the wider market that isn’t available anywhere else. It’s a real one-of-a-kind event.”
