In the wake of new account wins and soaring service demand, DigitalKOG has been busy recruiting more personnel, with three staff appointments to excitedly announce.
Joining our LEADOLOGY™ team we have Shannon Howarth, Fleur Sandbach, and Narise Jolly, who have started roles in our Web Development, Creative and Social divisions.
Shannon brings over 10 years’ experience in delivering high-performance websites and apps, executed for various global brands.
She’s worked across the full lifecycle in that time — from early concepts and prototypes through to build, optimisation and deployment.
Agency-trained and detail-driven, Shannon’s had spells at innovation and digital transformation consultancy, Bolland & Co, and creative design agency, Portfolio.
Possessing strong expertise in WordPress and manifold software tools, as Senior Front-End Developer, she will bridge the gap between graphic design and technical implementation, defining how our client websites and apps look and work.
Graphic Design Graduate, Fleur, gained priceless industry experience whilst undertaking University studies at York St John, employed as a freelance designer by Addict Media.
This benefitted her when she secured a first permanent job after graduation with PW Web Design Print, where Fleur expanded her understanding of Adobe Creative Suite and was involved in creating print ready assets, social media content, digital and website designs for over 100 clients.
Hired as a Creative Designer, Fleur will receive mentorship from our Creative Director and Senior Creative Designer, who will guide her in turning campaigns into captivating creative content that keeps the end user at its centre.

With the excellent guidance of the Creative department, I am learning so much about working for a new range of clients, how to adapt my design processes and collaborating across departments to produce truly meaningful work.
The last of the trio is Narise Jolly, Social Media Executive.
Set to complete a Digital Marketing degree this summer at the nearby University of Lancashire, she’s had a very busy few years, combining studying with being a Digital Marketing Executive at Eat my Logo.
Narise spearheaded management of its different social media platforms and websites, ran email campaigns, produced newsletters and PR material, and designed their marketing collateral.
Her future focus will now be on supporting the day-to-day planning and delivery of our paid media initiatives in Facebook, Instagram and LinkedIn, keenly observing their impact and recommending next steps.
