Rewind the clock 12 months and it’s when we welcomed Isabelle Canty into the company, recruited to strengthen our paid social team (catch up on the blog announcing her appointment here).
Installed as a Social Media Executive, she’s now accumulated a year of overseeing ad setups and working with a wide spectrum of social media platforms to activate client campaigns.
But that only tells half the story of the skills and experience Izzy has banked from last June onwards.
A fuller picture of her time with us so far is best told by Izzy herself, beginning with how a University education and foreign internship prepared her for a career specialising in LEADOLOGY™.
About Me
After graduating from the University of Leeds in 2023, I travelled abroad to complete a 3-month Marketing internship at Wild Sun Rescue Centre in Costa Rica.
My responsibilities there included producing organic content, promoting the Centre on their social media platforms. I also conducted email outreach to American colleges to market the Rescue Centre’s internship and pre-vet scheme to students.
This helped me progress the knowledge and skills acquired through working on marketing campaigns and techniques during my studies.
It also ignited a passion for generating and executing campaign ideas, forming client connections and seeing results come to fruition.

My Job
As a Paid Social Media Executive at DigitalKOG, it’s my duty to set up and manage the social media ad accounts across Meta Ads Manager.
Each month, I assist with creating and launching new ads to refresh client campaigns and ensure they are as engaging as possible.
We frequently collaborate with our Creative team to design and generate ad ideas that are polished and professional. These ads are then continuously monitored throughout the month, tweaked and replaced when deemed necessary, to optimise campaign performances and lead generation endeavours.
At the end of each month, I draft a report for every client, communicating the effectiveness of any rolled out ads.
Achievements
My proudest accomplishments to this point have been getting accustomed to setting up tracking and dashboards, conversions API, and installing Meta Pixel, as it was all completely new to me when stepping into the role.
I have also found it very exciting to be entrusted with handling the accounts of so many large businesses.
Highlights
As our client base has grown, it has been rewarding to see new ad account setups prompt an acceleration in results and leads, with all my hard work bearing fruit.
Similarly fun has been the designing of new ad formats and observing how they perform.
