The Challenge

Travel Technology Systems (TTS) is a UK-based specialist travel software development company with a niche understanding of the travel and leisure sector.

Serving tour operators, travel agents, villa specialists and activity companies since 1994, TTS enlisted our noted web development and branding expertise for a multi-dimensional project.

As well as a redevelopment of the TTS website to help it work harder for their brand, they assigned us with the job of devising a new brand identity for Erin, its flagship travel management and reservations platform.

The Leadology™

We identified that for the existing TTS logo to work in synergy with any new logo design for Erin, it would need a little refinement and advised a gentle evolution of it.

It was important to maintain the core look and feel, based on the brand equity and value this brand code had already established, so we developed and designed a logotype that preserved the valuable market recognition that the old logo held.

Multiple marketing touchpoints would carry the two restyled logos, including the new website, social media channels, sales proposals, ads, and trade show stands, so they wanted a colour with global appeal that stood out.

Discovery, research, and brainstorming sessions were held and competitor analysis carried out to inform the rebrand and logo development exercises, with DigitalKOG's Brand Director, Mark Tinnion, being a central figure in this process.

As we developed the brand codes, typography, image styling and tone of voice, these were defined in a new brand guideline document. This sets the standards for the new TTS brand to thrive and ensures TTS can (preset how to) maintain brand consistency across all channels.

The Result

The chosen logos set the foundations for the reimagined lead-generating website and encapsulate the friendly and futuristic personas that TTS sought. They also assisted us in establishing a strong suite of marketing assets for the Erin product launch.

The website simplifies the customer journey for clients and has been futureproofed so that it can accommodate the evolving needs of the business over the coming years.

DigitalKOG has played a significant role in our company and flagship product rebrand, with their expert creativity really managing to bring the brand to life.

The new website they have designed and built has brought everything together beautifully and it’s a real step change from where the business was previously.
