The Challenge
Lakeland Verandahs, first approached us in March 2019.
At the time, they were predominantly commercial-focused and supplied their composite decking and fencing products to leading architects and specifiers, to great success.
But, they identified an avenue for further business growth - the residential market - and needed our web and marketing capabilities to capture the attention of homeowners.
The Leadology™
We built and launched a new consumer-facing website using a tried-and-tested lead generating web template, centring on UPVC decking and fencing for residential properties.
Strict web design principles were followed to inform the reimagining of Lakeland’s previous website, which was very outdated. The new fully optimised and customisable website is a total contrast. It projects professionalism and is hugely user-friendly, offering straightforward product navigation, with clear CTA’s throughout.
The Lakeland Verandahs range can be just as fluently negotiated on a mobile device as on a desktop computer thanks to responsive design.
Once it was made live, we then complemented it with a multi-channel online marketing campaign, incorporating PPC, Content Marketing and Social Media, to raise consumer awareness of the Lakeland Verandahs brand, entice web traffic and drive and generate enquiries.
It’s seen Lakeland’s online lead to sale conversion rates vastly improve, with mobile users now accounting for a high volume of Lakeland’s overall online audience.
