Ranked amongst the North East’s Fastest 50 companies in 2020, ABCA, based in Newcastle, which has an annual turnover of £25m, is a specialist in fire and security system installation and maintenance, serving many preeminent clients, including Aldi, Greggs and the Vue Cinema Group.

Reaching its 35th anniversary in 2021 and after receiving significant investment, ABCA’s chief decision-makers sought a digital partner who could modernise and heighten the company’s brand image, unchanged for several years, and also refashion its website to escalate its lead volumes.

Our branding expertise and resolute, authenticated obsession with driving through leads for clients led to our appointment as ABCA’s new digital marketing associate.

ABCA’s market is incredibly competitive, so strengthening their brand was the starting point of the project, as the old ABCA branding looked exactly that - old and quite dated.

It also carried the word ‘systems’ in the logo, but that felt too vague and detrimental to any brand development.

We switched it for ‘fire & security’ as that more accurately conveyed the many service specialisms offered by ABCA, whilst also altering the logo’s previous styling to give it a more pronounced and powerful look, showing ABCA to be a dependable supplier.

At the completion of the brand refresh, the ABCA website was reimagined.

It is an essential component in the lead generation process, specifically designed to draw high-level enquiries from two audience types - business owners not earnestly seeking to swap suppliers but who are discontent with their present supplier, and those actively looking for a new supplier.
