DigitalKOG is looking for an Email Marketing specialist who also has a passion for social channels. In this role you will be responsible for the planning, delivery, development and analysis of our client email programmes. As Email Marketing Executive you will continually improve and optimise email communications, in order to achieve first-class email marketing that adheres to best practice and which serves to engage the database of enquiries in the best way. Ultimately maximising conversion volumes and maintaining customer loyalty.

We are looking for someone who…
- Is able to devise and execute email marketing strategies for clients, spread across a range of industries.
- You will create and manage the email schedule along with collaborating with departments across the business to generate email content
- Can work across the team to help onboard new clients, from pitching and proposal writing to rolling out campaigns
- Has the ability to track and analyse performance across email
- Loves to do a deep dive into the market and customer research and can apply learning to audience segmentation opportunities
- Has a keen interest in social marketing, supporting the social team when necessary
- Is personable and able to manage the relationship with clients and the team.
- Is naturally curious and wants to get involved, learn and develop.
- Is able to work flexibly, on their own initiative and as part of the wider team, helping to deliver integrated campaigns.
- Is proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Suite (Docs, Slides, Sheets etc.), Mailchimp and/or other email platforms.
- Can keep themselves, and the rest of the team, up-to-date with industry trends and developments. We want to always be at the top of our game!
- Has at least 2 years experience in a marketing position.
- Always goes the extra mile to surprise and delight clients.
