Not too long ago, our marketing team took over ownership of online marketing activity for a further three Scottish-based home improvement clients – Balhousie Glazing (Perth), Bon Accord Glass (Aberdeen), Crystal Clear Windows (Hamilton).
Each of these companies is part of the fast-expanding Conservatory Outlet Network, just like our other two Scottish home improvement clients, ERG Scotland and Mitchell Glass.
Similar to their compatriots, their online profiles and digital customer engagement levels have markedly improved since DigitalKOG became their dedicated digital agency.
For Balhousie Glazing, they have seen web visits increase by 220% YOY between March – November 2019, which coincides with when we began managing their digital output.
Our relationship with Bon Accord Glass dates a little further back to June 2018, and it’s from that date until November 2019, that they have also experienced a 24% YOY rise in web visitors, as well as a 62% advance in enquiries.
We supply Bon Accord with the full marketing mix and it’s indisputable that this has contributed to their website converting to a far higher level than previously.
The last of the trio to take up our digital services was Crystal Clear Windows who in just three months are already seeing the benefits of leaving their online requirements to a proven team of experts.
Through making efficiencies in their marketing campaigns, we have saved 26% YOY on their marketing spend whilst increasing Crystal Clear’s leads by 97%.
These impressive results come at the same as fellow client ERG Scotland announcing an all-time annual record turnover of £4m.
DigitalKOG’s Managing Director, Steven Ormand, commented: “It was a big compliment when three more of Scotland’s best home improvement specialists chose to have us manage their digital campaigns and grow their brands.
“We’re really pleased that they too have been rewarded for their thinking and are seeing that our fully integrated multichannel marketing approach to lead generation works.”
