Three years ago, DigitalKOG was appointed as the external marketing agency for the Joedan Group, and it’s been an honour working with one of the country’s longest running independent window and door manufacturers.
A specialist in designing, manufacturing, and trading in bespoke aluminium windows and doors, Joedan was founded in Tewkesbury in 1985 by John and Nicky Purcaro, bearing the names of their children, Joseph and Daniella.
Trust, loyalty, and family values have been at the very heart of the Joedan Group from the very beginning, as well as a progressive ethos of long-term sustainability.
It was the trust and belief they had in our team of LEADOLOGISTS™ to maximise leads for the business in the digital sphere, as we’ve done for many other home improvement companies, that led to their decision to welcome us into their extended family unit.
John Purcaro is glad that the trust he placed in us back in 2019 is continuously being repaid:
“DigitalKOG are at the very forefront of our lead generation drive, employing digital marketing strategies that effectively generate and deliver high quality leads to the business from within the consumer market.
“We are always really impressed with their expertise and knowledge regarding our industry, and how they present all analytics during our campaigns and best practices to incorporate, maintain and grow business and revenue opportunities.”
Collaboration has been central to everything achieved with Joedan so far.
Through regular meetings we have been able to construct ideas and concepts together and then apply them in these forward planned marketing strategies to engage with a wide audience and attract the best sales possible.
One of the biggest undertakings conducted on behalf of the Joedan Group by us came very recently, a landmark moment for the business as it looked to consolidate its brand following a period of mass growth and investment.
This large-scale rebranding exercise saw its Newport (Isle of Wight), Orpington and Winchester Design Centres begin trading by the name Joedan Windows & Doors to bring them in line with their other two Design Centres, located in Bournemouth and Tewkesbury.
For strategic alignment, it required an updating of various marketing assets, including product literature, signage, staff uniforms, van livery, and an upgraded website was also launched for Joedan Windows & Doors to coincide with the rebrand.
Our implementation of the rebrand has earned further commendation from John:
“It has been extremely rewarding working with DigitalKOG, especially on our rebranding, which has been well received both internally and externally due to the skill in execution and delivery. The new brand guidelines set out by DigitalKOG have kept the tone consistent throughout.”
We navigated the common complexities involved in a rebrand and are hopeful that this exciting new era for the Joedan Group will put them in a favourable position to reach their target of boosting turnover to £25m by 2026.
