Almost 45,000 Online Enquiries Generated In An Unforgettable First Year

Though we will have to put a big 1st birthday bash on hold for now, there’s still much cause for a socially-distanced celebration amongst the team, as DigitalKOG marks 12 months in business. 

It’s been a year full of highlights, a year in which both ourselves, and our clients, have thrived.

Over that 12-month period, our LEADOLOGY™ team has generated nearly 45,000 online enquiries!

That’s just one of a series of headline results that we’re very proud to report since opening our doors.

These stats were accomplished despite a selection of our clients only taking up our LEADOLOGY™ services part way through 2020.

Off the back of this, long-standing sales records have been smashed left, right and centre for several clients, including 5 Star, Clearview, ERG Scotland, Visual Conservatories and Lakeland Verandahs.

Delighted with the record-breaking sales volumes enjoyed by so many of its Network Members, Conservatory Outlet rewarded DigitalKOG with a new £250K contract to intensify the online marketing activity we conduct for the Group.

This has all been achieved in the trickiest of market conditions, and despite an enforced absence from our office for four months, when we had to work remotely from home. Homeworking threw up some challenges for everyone at times, but everyone brilliantly adapted to it.

Reflecting back on that first day of our original gang of eight walking into our new office for the first time, so much has changed.

One of the biggest differences is that we now have a team of 14 LEADOLOGISTS™, with plans to bring in a few more equally talented marketers, designers and developers over the coming months.

We are absolutely delighted with our newest LEADOLOGISTS™ and what they’ve each added to the business.

Growth of the KOG team has enabled us to extend our service capabilities for our client range to include web development, branding, organic social management and videography, as well as establish a dedicated contact centre in Newcastle, making us a true full-service agency.

We’re also now servicing more clients than we were last November, gaining the accounts for FIT Show (the UK’s number one exhibition for the glass and glazing industry), West Yorkshire Windows, Speedy Home Improvements and The Alston Pub & Dining.

Further new client partnerships are in the pipeline as we speed towards 2021 and what we hope will be a year that’s just as successful for us, and our clients.

The pressure will be on the team as we know that client expectancy levels will be high after helping them to such remarkable results in our first year, but we will rise to the challenge!
