A year on from becoming accountable for ERG Scotland’s online marketing and advertising output, the team at DigitalKOG has helped the business to its most profitable 12 months ever.

Based in Invergordon, the Scottish family-run home improvement company has reported record sales figures for 2019, breaking through the £4m annual sales barrier for the first time in the company’s 40-year-long history.

Coincidentally, ERG’s turnover at the end of 2018 was just over £3m.

As the official marketing partner for the Conservatory Outlet Network, our marketing experts commenced work to enhance ERG’s digital standing upon them joining the Network in December 2018.

We began by immediately rolling out a new lead-generating website and restructured their PPC account, supplementing this with the launch of a tailored and fully co-ordinated multi-channel digital campaign to boost enquiries.

Things got off to a great start when ERG reported a sales increase of 40% compared to the previous January, and this upward trend continued for the duration of 2019 as ERG’s online enquiries have risen by 273%, year-on-year.
